Alternative printing options:  UPS at Hamilton Square, Departmental Print Services, or FedEx.

Instructions for Poster Setup on Thursday, June 13th.

Those who use MRI for poster printing will not have to set up their poster for the Poster Session.
The event coordinators will display your poster for you.

Those who are not using MRI for poster printing will be responsible for hanging their poster within one hour before the poster session starts.  Velcro will be provided.

For the poster session, you are expected to be at your poster from 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Please collect your poster after the Poster Session is complete.
